WINEMAKING: Fermentation with previous desengace in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 26º C and prolonged maceration.
TASTING NOTE: Deep ruby wine, aroma of black fruits, notes of roasted coffee and some nuances of cocoa. Set in a round texture with solid tannins and acidity that gives it personality.
